Yoga for Beginners
I have been practicing Yoga for 10 years and recently qualified as a Yoga Instructor with a Level 3 Diploma.
I am running a series of 4 week courses designed for absolute beginners. The aim of the courses will be to introduce and explore the many benefits of yoga in a small and friendly environment. The classes will focus on the fundamental techniques of yoga practice and will aim to improve strength, flexibility and vitality. Classes will be kept to a maximum of 6 to optimize personal attention.
I love that yoga is such a versatile practice and I am passionate about making it accessible to everyone. My aim is to help people adapt the practice to suit individual needs. First class free!
